Office Administrator for East London Team

Normal Working Hours: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. (35 hours) Mon-Fri

Salary: £19,000 (Per annum)

Triangle Community Services (a part of the Friends of the Elderly group) are looking for an enthusiastic, Office Administrator to work in our Well Street Office in Hackney, London.

The successful person will be required to provide excellent customer care as the first point of contact for customers, clients and staff within Triangle Community Services and The Stroke Project in our busy high street office.

The successful applicant will have the chance to establish positive and purposeful relationships with staff and service users while gaining valuable experience working with our staff and service users and a good understanding of the procedures, systems and office activity in a vibrant community care service.

Some experience within a similar role is desirable, however, to be successful in this position you must be keen to learn new systems and ways of working, have excellent communication and administrative skills, plus good planning and organisational skills.

The successful applicant will be subject to receipt of a full enhanced DBS.
