Lead Care & Support Workers for Malvern Team

We are looking for Lead Care and Support workers to join our busy, growing homecare team in Malvern. This is a senior care worker role that involves supporting and mentoring more junior members of staff.

You must be a car driver with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent care to our service users in their own homes
  • Guide, direct and support junior Care and Support Workers in delivering outstanding care
  • Deliver on-the-job training to junior staff as required, including one-to-one training
  • Work effectively with the senior management team including providing high quality feedback to the Team Leader and Registered Manager
